Return and Refund Policy

In the hustle and bustle of everyday business, it is difficult to reach out to each customer and thank them for making our business possible. Even though this note cannot fully express our gratitude, we wanted you to know that we truly appreciate you and the trust you've placed in us by placing your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
In the unlikely event of damage during shipment or receipt of the wrong product, please contact Vervante at customerservice@vervante.com.
Please be sure to include your order number in all communications so that we may best assist you.

RETURNS
This product was shipped to you by Vervante in partnership with A Burgess & Co. When we receive your return we will notify the company you purchased the product from and they will process the refund usually within 10 days. If you would like to return the product, please make a copy of this packing slip and return the copy with the product to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged/defective product

A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 

Returns/exchanges: 

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

Address issues:

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided by the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued to the customer.
